We are hiring an HR Officer to support our sites in Geel/Tessenderlo!

Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Officer to join our HR team and support our logistics operations. In this role, you will assist in various HR processes and initiatives, providing essential support while being the first point of contact for employees and managers in our Geel and Tessenderlo sites. Full time position.

Your Responsibilities

• HR Support & Administration:
  Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment & selection, contract management, and training coordination. 
  Ensure accurate processing of onboarding and offboarding procedures. 
  Maintain and update employee records and personal files. 
• Employee & Manager Support:
  Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and first-line managers. 
  Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and labor regulations. 
• HR Reporting & Compliance:
  Support HR Business Partners with HR file management and administrative tasks. 
  Prepare ad hoc HR reports to support decision-making. 
• HR Projects & Initiatives:
  Participate in and contribute to HR projects based on your skills and interests. 
  Help implement HR initiatives that support employee engagement and operational efficiency. 

Your Skills and Experiences

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing. 
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and recruitment practices. 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is a plus. 
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage. 
• Drivers license obtained
