As an Operations Assistant Germany, you will join our Road team, which specializes in road transport. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our transport planners with various administrative tasks.
Functieomschrijving
• As an Operations Assistant Germany, your responsibilities will include:
• Confirming incoming transport orders to customers;
• Accurately processing groupage transport orders according to internal procedures;
• Verifying and requesting additional data from customers to ensure smooth delivery;
• Preparing necessary transport documents (such as CMR, ADR, customs documents, etc.);
• Instructing distribution for pickup (export) or delivery (import) of groupage shipments;
• Monitoring and following up on orders, including accurate registration of delivery dates;
• Performing department-specific administrative tasks.
Profiel
• You have recently obtained your bachelor’s degree or have some experience in road transport;
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, ad-hoc environment and solving problems;
• You have a good command of German, French, and English, both spoken and written.
