Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Account Manager Supply Chain voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie.
- Je biedt flexibele oplossingen aan voor de vragen en wensen van onze klanten.
- Je coördineert de behoeften van de klant in projecten en procedures.
- Je bereidt offertes voor en volgt deze efficiënt en gestructureerd op.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de interne afdelingen vanuit jouw ervaring met het klantendossier.
- Je werkt mee aan het up-to-date houden van commerciële dossiers.
- Je controleert de flow door middel van rapportage- en controlelijsten.
- Je kijkt na of de afgesproken dienstverleningen worden uitgevoerd.
- Je zorgt voor correcte en stipte rapportering naar de klant en naar jouw manager toe.
Je ideale achtergrond:
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug binnen de logistieke sector.
- Je bent klantgericht en luistert naar hun noden en verwachtingen.
- Je beschikt over een heldere communicatiestijl met de nodige assertiviteit.
- je bent oplossingsgericht, pro-actief en resultaatsgericht.
- Je bent een kei in plannen en organiseren en kan goed om met chaotische situaties.
- je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands/Engels, Frans is een enorm pluspunt.
