Jouw rol
Als Buyer / Product Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en beheren van een sterk productassortiment. Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op de voet en vertaalt deze naar strategische beslissingen. Daarnaast onderhoud je nauwe contacten met leveranciers en zorg je ervoor dat de beste voorwaarden worden onderhandeld.
Wat ga je doen?
- Onderzoek doen naar trends en klantbehoeften om een aantrekkelijk productaanbod te creëren.
- Selecteren en aankopen van producten die aansluiten bij de wensen van de markt.
- Onderhandelen met leveranciers om gunstige condities te realiseren.
- Analyseren van verkoopcijfers en voorraadbeheer optimaliseren.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen zoals marketing, logistiek en sales.
- Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen het assortiment.
Profile Description :
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding.
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen retail of e-commerce is een plus.
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en commerciële instelling.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een extra troef.
- Analytisch vermogen en een data-gedreven aanpak.
- Flexibiliteit en de capaciteit om snel in te spelen op marktveranderingen.
- Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
