Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven customer service representative voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie. Met geavanceerde warehousing faciliteiten en een uitgebreid distributienetwerk bieden zij op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor alle logistieke uitdagingen. Bij hen krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team dat zich toelegt op het leveren van efficiënte en betrouwbare logistieke dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

·       Ontvangen en verwerken van klantenorders volgens procedure.

·       Correcte invoer van gegevens in het ERP-systeem.

·       Verantwoordelijk voor algemene administratie en dossieropvolging.

·       Begeleiden van dossiers van begin tot eind met focus op klanttevredenheid.

·       Communicatie met interne en externe betrokken partijen.

·       Boeken en opvolgen van transporten bij rederijen of transporteurs.

·       Behandelen van benodigde documenten en certificaten (commercieel, handel en douane).

·       Uitvoeren van controles en opstellen van rapportages.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

·       Je hebt reeds ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

·       Je spreekt volmondig Nederlands en Engels, daarnaast is kennis Duits en Frans een pluspunt.

·       Je beschikt over een basiskennis MS Office en hebt goede kennis MS Excel.

·       Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

·       Je bent gemotiveerd om verder te groeien in de logistiek.

·       Je bent een flexibele teamplayer die communicatief en klantgericht is.

·       Je beschikt over een probleem-oplossend vermogen en bent stressbestendig.
