Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven Customer Service Representative voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie. Met geavanceerde warehousing faciliteiten en een uitgebreid distributienetwerk bieden zij op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor alle logistieke uitdagingen. Bij hen krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team dat zich toelegt op het leveren van efficiënte en betrouwbare logistieke dienstverlening.
Wat ga je doen?
- Verwerken van klantenorders volgens de procedures.
- Correct invoeren van gegevens in het ERP-systeem.
- Beheren en opvolgen van dossiers van begin tot eind.
- Coördineren met interne afdelingen en externe partijen.
- Boeken en opvolgen van transporten bij rederijen of transporteurs.
- Verwerken van documenten en certificaten (commercieel, handel, douane).
- Voorbereiden van facturatie en uitvoeren van controles en rapportages.
Wie zoeken we? Een communicatieve, klantgerichte teamspeler die probleemoplossend, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig is. Je neemt initiatief en hebt de ambitie om verder te groeien in de logistiek.
Jouw profiel:
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Basiskennis van MS Office en goede kennis van MS Excel.
- Goede kennis van Engels, kennis van Duits en Frans is een pluspunt.
