Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Customs Office Manager
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van operationele beleidslijnen en procedures voor logistiek en douane, in overleg met het team.
- Bewaken en analyseren van operationele prestaties, en verbeterpunten identificeren voor optimalisatie.
- Beheren van personeelsplanning om steeds een optimale bezetting te waarborgen.
- Begeleiden, ondersteunen en motiveren van teamleden, en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
- Voorzien van de juiste tools en methodieken zodat teamleden hun taken efficiënt en nauwkeurig kunnen uitvoeren, en regelmatig rapporteren aan het hoger management.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in de logistieke en/of maritieme sector, met aantoonbare kennis van douanewetgeving.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
- Leidinggevende vaardigheden om teams aan te sturen, te motiveren en constructieve feedback te geven.
- Sterke kennis van het MS Office-pakket, vooral Word en Excel. Ervaring met andere softwaretoepassingen.
- Gestructureerd en planmatig, met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en flexibel om te gaan met veranderende omstandigheden.
- Proactief, zelfstandig en stressbestendig. Je kunt anderen enthousiasmeren en de werkwijze van de organisatie uitdragen.
