Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Dossierbeheerder Forwarding.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Administratief beheer van orders en volledige dossierafhandeling van A-Z binnen het team, inclusief oplossen van problemen met proactieve maatregelen.
- Dagelijks controleren van ontvangen verkooporders ten opzichte van voorraad.
- Indienen van keuringsaanvragen bij het FAVV.
- Onderhouden van nauw contact met douaneteams, klanten en transporteurs.
- Opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met klanten voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Je hebt ervaring in de logistieke en/of maritieme sector en werkt op Bachelor denkniveau.
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met administratief beheer van orders en kennis van logistieke processen, inclusief douaneformaliteiten.
- Vlot gebruik van diverse softwareapplicaties voor orderbeheer en communicatie met klanten en douanediensten.
- Teamspeler met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, die nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kan werken.
- Stressbestendig, flexibel en proactief, met oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
