Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Equipment Flow Specialist, bij een gerenommeerde logistieke speler. Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheren van de gehele containerstroom.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je beheert containerstromen en zorgt voor een efficiënte doorstroom van beschikbaar equipment via vrijstellingen, ladingen en herpositioneringen.
• Je voert dagelijks inventarissen uit, stelt nauwkeurige stockrapporten op voor havenlocaties en het Belgische hinterland, en houdt een up-to-date stockdashboard bij.
• Je registreert gegevens tijdig en correct in het systeem, verwerkt inland herpositioneringen binnen de afgesproken deadlines en analyseert en corrigeert eventuele EDI-fouten in containerbewegingen.
• Je ondersteunt het equipmentbeheer door gehuurd materiaal (on- en off-hires) te behandelen en organiseert de verkoop van oude containers volgens richtlijnen van de Manager en het hoofdkantoor.
• Je optimaliseert de afstemming tussen beschikbare containers en de behoeften van boekingen en ladingen door containergrading en efficiënt stockbeheer.
• Je werkt nauw samen met logistieke, commerciële en customer service teams, blijft je vakkennis en vaardigheden verbeteren en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van interne processen.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

• Je hebt een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in logistiek) of gelijkwaardige ervaring, of je bent gefascineerd door de logistieke sector.
• Je functioneert uitstekend in een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en weet altijd resultaat te boeken.
• Je plaatst de klant centraal, streeft naar optimale dienstverlening en bent administratief sterk met een scherp oog voor detail.
• Je stelt moeiteloos prioriteiten, kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen en komt proactief met verbeteringsvoorstellen.
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een mooie troef.
• Je hebt grondige kennis van MS Office en Power BI (of je leert nieuwe software razendsnel), bent een echte teamplayer en neemt graag initiatief.
