Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Expediteur Groupage voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de logistieke sector.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van exportzendingen, inclusief:

- Orderregistratie en opmaak van dossiers.
- Zorg voor correcte afhandeling van los- en laaddocumenten, CMR, douanedocumenten, etc.
- Inplannen van zendingen en samenstellen van ritten (groupage, projectverkeer, volle vrachten, grote zendingen) in samenwerking met onderaannemers en partners.
- Maken van technische en tarifaire afspraken met vervoerders en partners, met oog op de rentabiliteit van het dossier.
- Zendingen opvolgen van ophaling tot levering en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten betreffende de status van de zending.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, met ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en IT-minded, met ervaring in het werken met douanedocumenten.
- Goede geografische kennis, relevant voor het plannen en coördineren van zendingen.
- Organisatorische skills, in staat om verschillende taken effectief te beheren.
- Flexibele teamspeler met een vlotte communicatiestijl.
