Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Forwarder air import. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor specifiek toegewezen klanten en zorg je voor een optimale klantenservice binnen de luchtvrachtsector.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Accepteren van klantorders en deze doorgeven aan het operations department.
- Proactief op de hoogte blijven van lopende zendingen en klanten hierover informeren.
- Klanten adviseren over prijsaanvragen en andere operationele vragen.
- Klachten van klanten grondig afhandelen of doorverwijzen naar het juiste departement.
- Nauw samenwerken met het operations department voor de back office van je orders.
- Leveren van juiste en volledige informatie voor de afhandeling van orders en het doorgeven van mogelijke leads aan het sales departement.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Opleidingsachtergrond: Eerste administratieve werkervaring in de logistieke sector.
- Talenkennis: Goede tot perfecte beheersing van Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Persoonlijkheid: Zelfstandig, positief ingesteld en stressbestendig met sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden.
- Relevante kennis: Ervaring met Microsoft Office en Outlook; een kritische blik en zin voor innovatieve verbeteringen zijn een plus.
