Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven general administrator voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

·       Je stelt documenten op volgens de voorgeschreven richtlijnen.

·       Je registreert data, bereidt rapportages voor, voert controles uit en corrigeert waar nodig.

·       Je beheert het klassement en zorgt voor correcte toegang tot het archief.

·       Je voert verschillende administratieve taken uit in opdracht van je teamleader en collega's.

·       Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de mailbox.

·       Je doet opzoekwerk in opdracht van je teamleader.

·       Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en volgt deadlines op.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

·       Je beschikt over een Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, goede kennis Engels of Duits is een groot pluspunt.

·       Je bent stressbestendig en je bent iemand die meedenkt om processen te verbeteren.

·       Je vindt vlot je weg binnen Microsoft Office, voornamelijk binnen Excel en Outlook.

·       Je kan rapporteringen en analyses maken, maar je kan deze ook interpreteren.

·       Je bent communicatief en detailgericht ingesteld.
