Voor ons team Logistiek & Distributie zoeken we: Logistics Manager
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
• Strategische planning van de meest efficiënte distributieroutes, inclusief retourlogistiek.
• Optimaliseren van processen, met focus op kwaliteit, voorraadniveaus, levertijden en transportkosten.
• Budgetbeheer en ervoor zorgen dat de logistieke processen binnen het jaarbudget blijven.
• Data-analyse gebruiken om prestaties te meten en verbeteringen door te voeren op basis van KPI’s.
• Selecteren, evalueren en beheren van vervoerders, met oog voor wet- en regelgeving.
• Leiding nemen over innovatieve logistieke projecten en onderzoeken van nieuwe technologieën.
• Implementeren van duurzame initiatieven om de ecologische voetafdruk te verkleinen.
• Snel en effectief oplossen van logistieke problemen en klachten.
• Coachen, trainen en motiveren van het magazijnteam voor optimale prestaties.
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond
• Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor/Master in supply chain management, logistiek, transport of bedrijfskunde, met minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
• Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
• Je bent sterk in data-analyse en probleemoplossing, met bewezen succes in procesoptimalisatie.
• Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen inspireert en motiveert.
• Je bent sterk in organisatorische en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en meerdere projecten te managen.
