Als Logistics Officer ben jij het tussenpersoon voor klanten, sales en transport. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze orderverwerking in het ERP-systeem en houdt klanten op de hoogte van leveringen en backorders. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je voor tijdige en volledige leveringen. Ben jij georganiseerd en stressbestendig? Dan pas jij perfect in ons team!
· Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor zowel klanten, het sales team als transportpartners.
· Door je heldere communicatie zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen altijd op tijd en correct geleverd worden.
· Je begeleidt het volledige orderproces in het ERP-systeem, van voorraadcontrole tot het versturen van pickbonnen voor het magazijn.
· Je beheert de logistieke mailbox en zorgt ervoor dat klantvragen snel en professioneel beantwoord worden.
· Je houdt klanten continu op de hoogte van de status van hun leveringen, backorders en afroeporders, zowel via e-mail als telefonisch (in het Nederlands en Frans).
· Je werkt nauw samen met planning en het magazijn om alles vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
· Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling van verpakkingsmaterialen en europallets.
Profile Description :
Vereisten:
- Bachelor in Logistics Management/Supply Chain of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
- Enkele jaren ervaring in customer service of logistieke administratie, bij voorkeur in een technische verkooporganisatie
- Interesse in onze producten en missie
- Sterk klantgericht en communicatief vaardig
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en snel te schakelen in ad-hoc situaties
- Accuraat, met oog voor detail en in staat om verbanden te leggen
- Stressbestendig
- Verantwoordelijk, draagt bij aan teamresultaten
- Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands, en kan situaties inschatten en beantwoorden in het Frans
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Office-toepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel)
