Voor onze afdeling logistiek & supply chain zoeken we vandaag een Marine Sales Advisor.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
Hoofddoel van deze functie is het uitbouwen van nieuwe klantrelaties en het onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties binnen de marinewereld. Een goede opvolging, technische kennis en een grote portie durf zijn niet weg te denken in deze job, want enkel zo til je de business naar nieuwe hoogtes!
Deze taken zijn part of the job:
- De Service Sales Advisor Marine is verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële relatie tussen Eneria en de (potentiële) klant voor alles i.v.m. de diensten en producten van Eneria after-sales.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de huidige klanten over de nodige wisselstukken en diensten (onderhoud, reparaties, revisies, CVA’s, PCC, connectiviteit, …) beschikken.
- Een groot deel van je tijd gaat naar het identificeren van nieuwe marinemarkten, het opvolgen van klantenleads en het adviseren van potentiële klanten.
- Deze job gaat van het beantwoorden van telefoons, het begrijpen van de behoefte van de klant, het aanbieden van oplossingen, het opmaken van offertes tot het in de gaten houden van de concurrentie.

Je voelt je thuis in een informele werkcultuur, werkt zelfstandig en je staat stevig in je schoenen. Commerciële drive en affiniteit met techniek zijn jouw troeven. Bovendien beschik je over stevige communicatie-skills. In je dagelijkse werkzaamheden staan vertrouwen, opvolging, samenwerking en respect centraal.
Vereiste competenties:
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig, bij voorkeur in een technisch-commerciële studierichting.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Interesse in motoren en een technische achtergrond.
- Min. 2 à 5 jaar werkervaring in een commerciële of service-omgeving met focus op techniek.
- Uitstekende verkoop-, communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Prioriteiten stellen, timemanagement en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Altijd een overzicht van de situatie hebben en het hoofd koel houden.
- Altijd professioneel communiceren met verschillende partners, ook in moeilijke omstandigheden.
- Hands-on mentaliteit.
