Voor een dynamisch en modern bedrijf in de Gentse kanaalzone zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Planner/Dispatcher die de logistieke transportplanning van zeecontainers kan verzorgen. Dit houdt in dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de organisatie en het vlot laten verlopen van containertransporten naar belangrijke havens zoals Antwerpen, Gent, Zeebrugge, Rotterdam en Vlissingen.
Over de functie:
Na een uitgebreide, praktische inwerkperiode word je dé expert in het plannen van transport. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Het proactief plannen en anticiperen op mogelijke uitdagingen;
- Effectief troubleshooten met oog op kostprijs, rij- en rusttijden;
- Communicatie via moderne kanalen zoals telefoon en e-mail;
- Accuraat werken met onze systemen, altijd met oog voor detail.
We zoeken iemand die:
- Een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau heeft met een sterk, flexibel denkvermogen;
- Geïnteresseerd is in transport en logistiek en denkt in oplossingen;
- Complexiteit en uitdaging in het werk omarmt;
- Zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans;
- Oplossingsgericht is en sterk in troubleshooting.
