Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ervaren Sales support Coordinator om het team te versterken bij een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Fungeren als de brug tussen de sales- en logistieke afdeling, waarbij je een gestroomlijnde communicatie en samenwerking faciliteert door de ontvangen informatie te structureren en te controleren (CRM-management).
• Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en certificeringsvereisten om te waarborgen dat alle procedures correct worden gevolgd.
• Efficiënt en nauwkeurig orders plaatsen bij diverse leveranciers om de tijdige levering van producten te garanderen, in lijn met de richtlijnen van de salesafdeling.
• Professioneel en empathisch afhandelen van telefoon- en e-mailcommunicatie om behoeften van verschillende belanghebbenden te begrijpen en te voldoen aan hun verwachtingen.
• Actief meedenken en bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van interne als externe processen en werkmethoden.
• Beheren en verrijken van belangrijke bedrijfsgegevens in ons systeem, inclusief het updaten van productinformatie en het onderhouden van klant- en leveranciersrelaties.
• Actief bijdragen aan het beheer van de voorraad om een optimale beschikbaarheid van producten te waarborgen.

• Bereidheid om je in te werken in onze brede waaier aan producten en industrieën.
• Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en efficiënt te werken.
• Het vermogen om te gedijen in een dynamische omgeving en je aan te passen aan veranderende prioriteiten. 
• Een houding gekenmerkt door ownership, moed, nieuwsgierigheid, resultaatgerichtheid, inclusiviteit en agiliteit.
• Een afgeronde opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting. 
• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, en (bij voorkeur) voldoende in Frans. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt. 
• Beschikbaarheid voor een 4/5e functie, waarbij de vrije dag in overleg kan worden vastgesteld (bij voorkeur niet op woensdag).
