Voor onze afdeling Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we een Shipping Specialist.
Onze klant, international actief in de logistiek met meerdere warehousesite's, zoekt een ervaren logistiek profiel om een duurzaam en betrouwbaar partnership met klanten uit te bouwen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je behandelt tenderprocessen en (zee)-vrachttarieven.
- Je communiceert op een commerciële manier, zowel intern (collega) als extern (klanten).
- Je adviseert collega’s over forwarding gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Je tekent operationele situaties uit zodat we kunnen voldoen aan de wensen van klanten en derde partijen.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt betreft Shipping.
- Je vertaalt klantenbehoeften naar projecten en procedures.
- Je behoudt een duidelijk overzicht van je lopende dossiers.
- Je stelt mogelijke verbeteringen voor in onze procedures ter optimalisatie van onze klantenservice.
- Je bereidt bezoeken aan rederijen en klanten voor.
- Je implementeert de commerciële afspraken in de processen van Customer Service.

- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug binnen expeditie.
- Je bent klantgericht en luistert naar hun noden en verwachtingen.
- Je beschikt over een heldere communicatiestijl met de nodige assertiviteit.
- je bent oplossingsgericht, pro-actief en resultaatsgericht.
- Je bent een kei in plannen en organiseren en kan goed om met chaotische situaties.
- je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands/Engels, Frans is een enorm pluspunt.
