Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Bestellen en opslaan van drukwerken, kantoorbenodigdheden en bedrijfskledij.
- Genereren van standaardoverzichten/rapporten voor belanghebbenden.
- Verwerken van tijdsregistratie en verlofaanvragen in samenwerking met HR.
- Bijhouden van schade- en ongevallenregistratie conform wettelijke richtlijnen.
- Behandelen van probleemzendingen en afspraken maken met klanten.
- Telefonie- en receptiewerk, inclusief het verwelkomen en registreren van bezoekers.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- A2 werk- en denkniveau.
- 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als administratief bediende; ervaring in de logistieke sector is een pluspunt.
- Persoonlijke eigenschappen: diplomatisch, klantgericht, stressbestendig, geduldig, zelfstandig, nauwkeurig, respectvol en mature houding.
- Zeer vaardig in MS Office.
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
