Binnen onze afdeling logistiek & supply chain zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een Transport Manager.
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal organiseren, opvolgen en evalueren van alle inkomende en uitgaande transporten binnen de Benelux. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de e-shop gerelateerde processen binnen het distributiecentrum. In deze functie geef je leiding aan het transportteam en het expeditieteam.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
OPERATIONEEL:
- Het bewaken van de budgetten voor de afdeling Transport Benelux in samenspraak met de Supply Chain Manager.
- Het opvolgen en aanpassen van de transport en CSR compliancy maatregelen.
- Het up to date houden van het milieubeleid m.b.t het transport.
VERBETERING EN EFFICIENTIE:
- Het formuleren van KPI’s en verbeteringsacties mbt transport, e-fulfilment en milieuaangelegenheden.
- Het uitvoeren, vernieuwen en verbeteren van de rapportages mbt transport, e-shop en milieu.
CONTACT MET DE LEVERANCIERS:
- Het beheren van de gemaakte afspraken ivm kwaliteits – en factuurcontrole van de verschillende leveranciers.
- Het voorbereiden en actief deelnemen aan tenders i.v.m. contracten met diverse externe partijen, dit steeds in samenwerking met de Supply Chain Manager en de Buyer Non Trade.
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma binnen Logistiek en/of Supply Chain.
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een transport functie.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende positie.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt kennis van de transport- en distributiemarkt Benelux + noties internationaal transport.
- Je hebt kennis van supply chain processen van de E-commerce markt.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, planmatig, communicatief, stressbestendig, flexibel, analytisch.
