Contract Logistics Real Estate & Project Manager
Job description
- Oversee and manage real estate projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
