Job description
  • The day to day running of the project, and to be the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project.
  • Leads the weekly project meetings Internally and with the customer.
  • Leads and drives the scheduled steering team meetings - providing regular status reports.
  • Facilitates and drives the meetings for the Zero Failure (ZF) Gate approval.
  • Project reporting & prepares for the ZF gate submissions.
  • Risk & Issues Management - Identifies risks, reviews status and manages mitigation.
  • Project Planning: Create and manage the complete project plan specifically the critical path.
  • Scope Management & Change Request Management & Project Financial Management & Stakeholder Management
  • Managing the project team to ensure project delivery, providing indirect feedback on individuals performance.
  • Needs to be able to manage the change requests and there commercial impact
