Team Leader Resource Planning - Contract Logistics

Job description

• Designing, implementing, and managing resource planning processes on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Forecasting resource needs based on operational demands and aligning manpower planning across different departments.
• Coordinating the daily allocation of manpower, ensuring an efficient and balanced distribution in line with business priorities.
• Continuously improving resource planning tools and processes, focusing on accuracy, automation, and efficiency, in line with lean principles such as value stream mapping and waste reduction.
• Collaborating with department heads and the warehouse leadership team to prioritize operational needs and maintain seamless execution.
• Monitoring and managing KPIs related to resource planning, and ensuring clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Embedding and upholding our quality, health, safety, and security (QSHE) standards.
• Building and developing your planning team, fostering individual growth and team cohesion.
