Account Executive
Job description
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop en efficiënt afhandelen van logistieke stromen volgens bestaande processen. Je draagt bij tot een efficiënte en klantgerichte logistieke dienstverlening.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Jij beheert volledige operationele dossiers van A tot Z binnen het ERP-systeem voor export facturatie.
- Jij gaat opstellen, controleren en opvolgen van transport-, bevrachting- en douane documenten.
- Je voert proactieve communicatie met klanten en interne operationele diensten.
- Je hebt operationeel contact met klanten en zal zorgen voor tijdige updates over het verloop van zendingen.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt grondige douane kennis
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent gedreven, klantgericht en een teamspeler
- Je bent administratief sterk, bekend met werken in meerdere ERP-systemen
