Administratief bediende uitzonderlijk transport
Job description
Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen en coördineren van de begeleidingsopdrachten voor uitzonderlijk vervoer.
Waarvoor ben jij verantwoordelijk?
- Je staat in voor het plannen van begeleidingsvoertuigen voor uitzonderlijk transport en coördineert deze doorheen de opdracht;
- Je controleert de vergunningen, hun geldigheid bij elke opdracht;
- Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen de begeleiders en de chauffeurs en zorgt voor alternatieve routes bij wegenwerken of tunnelsluitingen;
- Je maakt de dossiers op en rapporteert het verloop van de opdracht.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt ervaring met planning en administratieve systemen zoals Navision en Excel;
- Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en kan zowel in het Nederlands, Engels, Frans en Duits communiceren;
- Je bent organisatorisch, administratief sterk & probleemoplossend;
- Je kent het Belgisch wegennet zeer goed.
