Assistent-expediteur import
Job description
Je bent na een inwerkperiode en opleiding mee verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van alle maritieme import dossiers.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en andere partijen in functie van de verschillende import opdrachten;
- Jij boekt de containers, volgt de zendingen verder op en informeert de klanten over alle andere belangrijke informatie;
- Samen met de collega's op de douane-afdeling zorgt je voor de inklaring van alle zendingen en organiseer je de kaai-afhandeling en levering bij de klanten;
- Verder rond je alle dossiers af, sta je mee in voor de opmaak van nodige transport documenten en doe jij ook de facturatie.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en communiceert vlot in het Engels & Frans.
- Je bent heel communicatievaardig en klantvriendelijk
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en een teamplayer
- Je hebt een beperkte ervaring al reeds achter de rug of een opleiding gevolgd.
