Customer Service Medewerker
Job description
Voel je je thuis in de haven van Antwerpen en deel je onze passie voor de wereld van soft commodities? Ben jij een problemsolver die een complete warehousing en export dienstverlening voor jouw klant wilt waarmaken?
Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?
- Je staat in voor het beheer van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen in communicatie met agenten,rederijen en transporteurs
- Je staat in contact met de klant over alle genomen acties, dit steeds via e-mail of telefoon
- Stock opvolging, registratie en bevestiging van aan- en verkopen door de klant
- Je verzorgt de opmaak van certificaten en eenvoudige douane documenten, en order gave voor gespecialiseerde documentatie
- Doorgeven van los instructies en extra staal opdrachten aan customer service support
- Facturatie en klassement staan ook op jouw to-do list
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- De haven van Antwerpen en de logistieke wereld interesseren je enorm.
- Door eerdere ervaringen ben je bekend met de werking van customer service in de logistieke sector
- Je voegt graag een snuifje commerciële flair toe
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands and you're fluent in English
- Je kan de uiteenlopende taken goed organiseren en het overzicht behouden
- Met jouw uitstekende communicatie skills werk je graag samen met en voor de klant
