Dispatcher
Job description
Als dispatcher sta je mee in voor de organisatie van zowel de inkomende als uitgaande wegtransporten. Jij plant deze samen met je collega's zo goed en efficiënt mogelijk in.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Jij bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en planning van de transporten en het coördineren van de chauffeurs;
- Jij ondersteunt alle betrokken partijen (chauffeurs en klanten) met alle vragen of updates omtrent de transportopdrachten;
- Je stat mee in voor de administratieve en operationele afhandeling van alle dossiers en maakt ook de documentatie (CMR, rittenbladen,...) en de codes aan (TAS, TAR, ..).
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring of een opleiding in de sector gedaan. Ervaring met containers is een groot pluspunt;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels en je hebt een basiskennis van Frans;
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
