Job description
Als Logistiek dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en afwerking van de expeditie dossiers van A tot Z voornamelijk met betrekking tot export.
Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van expeditie dossiers voornamelijk over de exportzendingen van soft commodities;
- Je staat in voor de aanmaak van de dossiers, de bijhorende administratie tot en met de facturatie en het stockbeheer;
- Je communiceert met klanten en leveranciers over de boekingen en houdt alle partijen op de hoogte van wijzigingen;
- Je beheert een eigen portefeuille aan klanten binnen je team.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan in de maritieme sector, bij voorkeur ook in een gelijkaardige rol binnen de expeditie;
- Je bent stressbestendig, organisatorisch en bent ook flexibel ingesteld naar taken en uren toe;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels, enige kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
