Expediteur luchtvracht
Job description
Als expediteur op de exportafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het traject en aflevering van alle soorten cargo. Je klanten en/of agenten zijn eveneens zeer divers en bevinden zich overal ter wereld. Je onderhoudt een intensief contact zowel met je klanten als met je leveranciers.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Als expediteur op de export afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het traject en aflevering van alle soorten cargo.
- Je onderhoudt een intensief contact zowel met je klanten als met je leveranciers.
- Reservaties maken bij luchtlijnen en/of hun vertegenwoordigers
- Expeditie, opmaken van documenten export luchtvracht
- Opmaken van transport documenten CMR
- Opmaak van douane documenten / certificaten export luchtvracht
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Enkele jaren ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vertrouwd met documentatie en douane documenten betreffende luchtvracht en bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met het zelf uitstellen ervan
- Je bent service- en klantgericht, niet enkel naar buiten toe, maar ook intern naar je teamgenoten en andere afdelingen toe
- Je werkt accuraat en ordelijk en behoudt overzicht over je dossiers en taken
- Je verzorgt je communicatie en je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels; elke extra taal is een plus
