Job description
Je zorgt voor de volledige opvolging van logistieke dossiers, waarbij uitzonderlijk transport, stuffing en stripping, transshipment en opslag geen uitzonderingen zijn.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je staat mee in voor de operationele uitvoering, coördinatie en opvolging van de logistieke transportdossiers;
- Jij volgt deze verschillende transporten en hun dossiers nauwkeurig op met alle operationele instructies en kosten die er aan gebonden zijn;
- Je communiceert efficiënt alles door naar klanten, transporteurs en logistieke partners over het verloop van de opdrachten en eventuele wijzigingen;
- Verder sta je ook in als back-up voor de planning en sta je dagelijks in contact met andere afdelingen om de opdrachten feilloos te laten verlopen.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Jij hebt een bachelor opleiding in de logistieke sector afgerond en/ of eerdere ervaringen opgedaan in de sector;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis en een grote interesse in havenactiviteiten i.v.m. transportwetgeving en uitzonderlijk vervoer;
- Je bent administratief en communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Andere talen zijn een groot pluspunt;
- Als je flexibel, organisatorisch, stressbestendig en teamgericht bent pas je perfect in ons team!
