Job description
Je bent het aanspreekpunt van interne coördinators en staat in voor het vervolledigen van een dossier.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je staat in voor het opvragen van documenten bij interne coördinators;
- Je doet de A tot Z verwerking van deze specifieke dossiers;
- Je vervolledigt dossiers en doet opzoekingen in het intern database;
- Je sorteert en klasseert dossiers en facturen.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt reeds een opleiding en enkele jaren ervaring binnen de import en/ of export wereld
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en Nederlands (zowel geschreven als gesproken);
- Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe;
- Je bent sociaal vaardig en staat graag in contact met anderen.
