Logistiek dossierbeheerder projecten
Job description
Je volgt de logistieke dossiers op omtrent een specifiek dossier en brengt alle transport en logistiek gerelateerde opdrachten in orde in overleg met de teamleader en andere collega's.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je staat in voor de operationele uitvoering en opvolging van alle logistieke dossiers over de opdrachten omtrent het project;
- Je zal alle transport en logistieke opdrachten in overleg met de Project leader nauwkeurig moeten uitvoeren, rekening houdend met deadlines en procedures;
- Jij identificeert extra opportuniteiten binnen het dossier in overleg met het team;
- Je biedt operationele en administratieve steun op de site en kantoor.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen Project Forwarding opgedaan of soortgelijke functies binnen een internationale, logistieke omgeving opgedaan;
- Je hebt een grote interesse en bij voorkeur kennis of ervaring van breakbulk, projectlading, forwarding, ...
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands en Engels of Frans, hoe meer talen je kan, hoe beter!
- Je hebt commerciële, organisatorische skills om stressbestendig alle deadlines te kunnen afwerken.
