Teamleader Business control
Job description
Samen met je team zorg je voor het optimaliseren van de operationele processen en controles door middel van financiële rapportages en businessanalyses.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Jij geeft leiding, stuurt aan en motiveert je team om een zo goed mogelijke en efficiënte werking te garanderen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de business processen en je rapporteert deze door aan het management;
- Je voert verbeteringsprocessen uit, bewaakt de financiële resultaten en houdt controle over de uitvoering;
- Jij vertaalt de doelstellingen opgelegd uit de strategie van het management naar haalbare KPI's voor het team.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt een opleiding binnen de logistiek achter de rug of reeds relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen de sector;
- Je hebt al 2 jaar als leidinggevende rol ingevuld en hebt inzicht in container logistiek en export/ import;
- Je hebt kennis van internationaal transportnetwerk en business analyses;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
