Job description
Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Bediende Spoortransport die het team in Antwerpen komt versterken. Werk je graag in shiften? Ben je administratief sterk en computervaardig? Lees dan snel verder!
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je volgt de treinen op, je communiceert hiervoor met alle betrokken partijen zoals machinisten, verkeersleidingposten, klanten, terminals, enzovoort;
- Je brengt alles administratief in orde voor de spoortrafieken;
- Je informeert alle partijen betreffende het spoortransport en de gang van zaken;
- Je ondersteunt de operations afdeling bij allerlei administratieve taken;
- Je ontvangt de transportdocumenten en je stuurt deze ook op naar de betrokken partijen.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je bent bereid in drie shiften te werken. Je werkt met de vroege, late, nachtshift en weekends. Dit is wel een vast rooster dewelke je tijdig op voorhand kent;
- Je bent computervaardig, administratief sterk en hebt een organisatorisch denkvermogen;
- Je deed al ervaring op binnen de logistieke/transport sector, dit is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Je durft jouw plan te trekken in het Duits en Frans.
