Job description
Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dossiers van de binnenkomende vrachtwagens zoals het inwegen.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je zal mee afdrukken van klanten orders en doet de aanduidingen op de order;
- Je doet de afhandeling van binnenkomende vrachtwagens zoals inwegen, nodige papieren opvragen en andere papieren meegeven, aanduiding laadplaats, …;
- Je behoudt de coördinatie van de samenwerking tussen operatoren en vrachtwagens;
- Je zal mee opvolgen van schepen & lichters die genomineerd worden en, indien nodig, orders vervolledigen.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt een opleiding op technisch of beroep secundair niveau;
- Je drukt je mondeling en schriftelijk vloeiend uit in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans en Duits zijn een mooie plus;
- Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig, zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en klantgericht.
- Vlot werken in MS Office en ERP systemen (Navision) zijn een plus;
Wat kan jij verwachten?
- Je hebt een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur;
- Je werkt in een vaste late shift (12u00 - 22u00);
