Zeevracht bediende
Job description
Als zeevracht bediende sta je in voor de volledige registratie van A tot Z van de zeevrachten over de verschillende trade lines.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratie over de verschillende zeevrachten;
- Hierbij sta je in voor de correcte afwerking en opvolging van de boekingen, facturatie en het communiceren naar klanten toe;
- Jij staat in contact met klanten over de dossiers, maar ook met agenten, ocean carriers en douane;
- Je voert douaneformaliteiten uit voor zowel import en export zendingen.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een paar jaar ervaring bij een scheepsagent en/ of een opleiding verworven binnen de sector;
- Je bent communicatief zeer sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
- Je bent administratief sterk en kan makkelijk de organisatie van dossiers van A tot Z beheren.
