Your Role:

  • You’ll be pivotal in processing and verifying crew documentation and visas.
  • Handling applications for second passports, seaman's books, and other essential documents will be part of your routine.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in approving travel expenses and scheduling medical appointments.
  • Verifying invoices from agencies and issuing work certificates will be key responsibilities.
  • You’ll also prepare cash advances, address crew inquiries, and compile monthly reports.
  • Processing training certificates will round out your diverse set of duties.
