Job Description

Unique Maritiem Antwerpen is looking for a Crew Operations Coordinator! Are you ready to take on a dynamic role at one of the largest offshore pipelaying and subsea construction companies? If so, read on!

As a Crew Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficient Personnel Planning: Implementing effective crew scheduling based on the plans provided by the fleet planner.
  • Compliance Verification: Ensuring that all scheduled personnel meet the necessary requirements and are prepared for deployment.
  • L&D Coordination: Maintaining regular communication with Learning & Development colleagues to ensure the planned personnel are compliant.
  • Crew Communication: Informing crew members about their travel itineraries and assigned ship or project.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organizing all travel-related logistics for personnel, including visas and other necessary documentation.
  • System Management: Updating and maintaining the Crew Management System with all relevant information.
  • Fleet Planner Support: Assisting the fleet planner to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Project Preparation: Collaborating with the Vessel Asset Team, Project Team, and Subcontracting Procurement Department to prepare for upcoming projects.
  • Emergency Response: Serving as a member of the emergency phone team to handle urgent crew-related issues outside regular office hours.
