Warehouse Supervisor
Job description
As a Warehouse Supervisor you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the warehouse. We are a multicustomer site where you will manage different customers within the Pharma, Healthcare and Automotive. You manage about 20 warehouse Operators and three team leaders in this role.
Functieomschrijving
• Coaching and managing your team (development plans, improvement processes, absenteeism, personnel planning, leave planning, evaluations);
• Organizing departmental consultations on quality, safety and performance;
• Achieving targets and set KPIs (including efficiency and returns);
• Continuous improvements: starting from analysis of existing processes and workflows, through proposals for process optimization, including implementation and reporting;
• Supervision of the follow-up of quality requirements and keeping procedures and work instructions up to date;
• Standby for temperature alarms.
Profiel
• You already have several years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a multicustomer environment;
• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
• You speak Dutch & English fluently;
• You have an analytical mind and enjoy working on process improvements or optimizations;
• You have people management qualities;
• You have the necessary flexibility in terms of availability.
