Starbroker Operations Specialist Night Shift

StarBroker is the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. On behalf of our network we contract airfreight capacity on strategic lanes around the world and more particular from Europe. We use part- or full charters as well as scheduled airlines.
Your tasks include:
· Process & follow up day to day export document flow
· Process & follow up export customs clearance
· Process & follow up inbound & outbound trucks
· Coordinate activities with the warehouse
· Coordinate document flow with customer service teams (local and international)
· Report & follow up of paperwork irregularities to the origin stations for correction
· Coordinate & follow up trucking movements internally with our Road department
· Data-entry in our customs IT system
· Providing flight alerts to the airline and destination
· Follow up Build up optimization
· Reschedule shipments
Your profile:
· you have a first experience in air freight or in handling or a degree in logistics
· you handle the administrative flow accurately and you take ownership
· you are a strong communicator and teamplayer
· you are customer and quality driven
· you are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset
· you are looking for a long term professional commitment .
