Contract Logistics Senior Solution Engineer

Your role:

As a Senior Contract Logistics Solution Engineer, you will spearhead complex warehouse design projects, analyze and redesign logistics processes, and lead implementations to success. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing existing processes and presenting advanced solutions to our clients.

Description:

• Develop and implement logistics solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.
• Analyze and improve existing logistics workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and oversee logistics projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance to logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve logistics performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including both manual and automated solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in logistics software and tools such as Excel and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
