Productivity Solutions Specialist BeNeLux

Are you a proactive leader willing to enhance productivity through innovative solutions? We’re seeking a Productivity Solutions Specialist BeNeLux to drive the implementation of our systems across Contract Logistics sites!

Your Role

As a Productivity Solutions Specialist for BeNeLux, you will lead the implementation of productivity management systems/software across our sites. In this role, you will act as the project manager, initiating, leading, managing, and proactively following up on implementation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Roadmap Implementation: Develop and execute the roadmap for productivity management systems across all Contract Logistics sites in BeNeLux.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Corporate teams, IS, Customer Onboarding project team, and various site teams.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and compare them with functional specifications of productivity management software.
• Project Management: Oversee the proactive management, execution, supervision, coordination, and final responsibility for implementation projects. This includes conducting weekly project meetings with the project teams.
• Testing: Define test procedures (test cases, test documentation) and conduct software testing. 
• Training and Support: Act as a “master key user” by providing training to key users on new features and system usage. Prepare and maintain training materials, ensure knowledge retention, and resolve complex system issues beyond the scope of key users.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3-5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment with a solid understanding of planning and productivity management processes.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve productivity systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to take responsibility for results and lead a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue.
• Proactive in preventing issues, decisive in making sound business decisions. Enthusiastic about our business, respectful, accountable.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch is required.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the BeNelux region.
