We are looking for: Line Management Specialist                                            

About the role

Are you ready to take charge of optimizing fleet operations in a dynamic maritime environment? We’re looking for a motivated and eager to learn professional to strengthen our Line management team.

In this role, you will start with extensive internal training in which you will get to know the different departments of our organization. This training will give you an in-depth understanding of our business processes and enables you to maximize your knowledge and skills in your future role to ensure our fleet runs smoothly and efficiently, balancing customer needs with our financial goals.

After completing internal training, you will be gradually involved in:

  • Fleet Planning & Optimization
  • Market Insights & Analysis
  • Reporting & Accountability
  • Close Collaboration & Communication with all involved internal & external stakeholders
  • Compliance & Excellence by supporting the company’s mission, vision & values in day to day activities

What we’re looking for

  • You enjoyed a university degree in business engineering and/or applied economics. Although maritime experience/knowledge is not a must, you are eager to join the dynamic maritime sector and have the ambition to grow in the organization.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language would be considered as a plus
  • You like a healthy amount of stress in your job coming from (customer) deadlines and unforeseen circumstances
  • You are analytical, driven person, and service-oriented with a flexible and driven mindset.
  • A good communicative team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • An innovative thinker with excellent judgment and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
