Xtra Harbour Select specialises in the supply chain, customs, shipping and forwarding. As we only work within these business units, we’ve obtained the experience to assist our clients in search of the perfect employee, while prioritising a personal approach!

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you are the driving force behind maintaining and expanding strong customer relationships. You will work within our Solutions department (Warehousing). Your goal is to generate and retain revenue by working dedicatedly with our key accounts through offering contract logistics solutions. You strive for profitable growth of our existing portfolio and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you understand the needs of our key accounts and provide solutions and services that perfectly meet their needs.

• Build sustainable trust relationships with customers through daily contacts and reports (QBR, MBR);
• Manage and update deep knowledge of SLAs and Operations Manuals;
• Handle complaints and take preventive measures in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager;
• Initiate and execute improvement projects and performance analyses;
• Ensure accurate planning information and volume forecasting;
• Follow up on the Customer Satisfaction Survey and develop and implement action plans;
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to the startup of new accounts.

We're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a sales role within Warehousing or contract logistics;
• Extensive knowledge of Warehousing (Multicustomer);
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills;
• Critical and analytical mindset, stress-resistant, and able to work independently;
• Proactive and creative with a focus on improvement processes and cost optimization;
• Adaptable to changing circumstances with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
