Vandaag zoeken we voor onze klant een Customer Care Coordinator:

Als Customer Care Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van directe reacties op vragen en verzoeken van General Account-klanten. Je zorgt voor een consistent hoog serviceniveau door snelle oplossingen te bieden voor serviceproblemen die via Service Cloud of andere kanalen worden aangekaart. In samenwerking met het Customer Administration team en ondersteund door de groeiende reeks zelfbedieningstools, draag je bij aan een superieure klantervaring voor onze General Accounts. Afhankelijk van de opzet van jouw locatie, houd je je bezig met import- of exportgerelateerde taken, of een combinatie van beide.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Dagelijkse Operaties: Bied directe reacties op servicevragen en initieer oplossingen voor problemen zoals gedefinieerd in SOP's en toegewezen via Service Cloud. Je kunt verantwoordelijk zijn voor een generieke groep General Accounts of voor geselecteerde accounts.
• Proces- en Kwaliteitsmanagement: Zorg voor premium zorg en een consistent hoog niveau van client care. Promoot de zelfbedieningstools en zorg ervoor dat alle processen voldoen aan de bedrijfsregels en -voorschriften.
• Communicatie & Samenwerking: Waarborg goede samenwerking en communicatie binnen en tussen afdelingen. Werk nauw samen met het Customer Administration team en General Account Support en escaleer zaken tijdig en professioneel wanneer dat nodig is.
• Digitale Adoptie: Ondersteun de digitale transformatie door het gebruik van en de promotie van ons e-commerceplatform en onze zelfbedieningstools.

Profile Description : Jouw profiel:

• Bij voorkeur 1-2 jaar ervaring in de scheepvaart.
• Sterke communicatievaardigheden, klant- en servicegericht.
• Vloeiend in het Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven).
• Enthousiaste teamspeler met goede kennis van Excel en bij voorkeur Salesforce.
