Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Voel jij je thuis in de haven van Antwerpen en deel je onze passie voor de wereld van soft commodities? Ben jij een probleemoplosser die een volledige warehousing en export service wil realiseren voor jouw klant?

Als Customer Service Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor de export en warehousing diensten naar onze klanten en hun soft commodity producten (koffie, cacao, soja, rijst, bulgur, noten en gedroogd fruit). Dit vanuit één van onze kantoren in het havengebied van Antwerpen. Je beheert je eigen goederendossiers en hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, agenten en rederijen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en effectieve communicatie naar andere afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zien er als volgt uit :

• Beheren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen in communicatie met agenten, rederijen en transporteurs

• Contact met de klant over alle ondernomen acties, altijd per e-mail of telefoon

• Voorraadbeheer, registratie en bevestiging van aankopen en verkopen door de klant

• Aanmaken van (eenvoudige) douanedocumenten en bestellen van gespecialiseerde documentatie

• Doorgeven van losinstructies en extra monsterbestellingen aan de klantenservice

• Facturatie en administratieve follow-up staan ook op je takenlijst

De functie in deze vacature is een kritische functie in het kader van de Maritime Security Act van 1 januari 2023. Personen die in deze kritische functie tewerkgesteld zullen worden, zijn onderworpen aan een verplichte veiligheidskeuring voorafgaand aan hun aanwerving.
