Vandaag zoeken we een Teamleader Customer Service voor onze opdrachtgever in Zeebrugge.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen, coördineren en opvolgen van het Customer Service Team.
- Je levert een betrouwbare en kwalitatieve service aan de klanten volgens de afgesloten overeenkomsten.
- Je biedt end-to-end oplossingen aan wanneer de klanten een probleem aankaarten.
- Je staat in om structuur te creëren op vlak van procedures, handleidingen en het begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je legt commerciële bezoeken af in binnen-en buitenland wanneer nodig.
- Je neemt deel aan de operationele quality meeting en rapporteert aan de Customer Service Manager.
Je ideale achtergrond:
- Je hebt minimaal een bachelor diploma en ervaring binnen de sector van logistiek is een must.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
- Je bent een sterke leider en je kan verschillende persoonlijkheden aansturen.
- Je bent een teamplayer en je brengt je team naar een volgend niveau.
- Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent georganiseerd en je kan prioriteiten stellen.
